This solo specialization project's goal was to create an innovative experience that engages people who are interested in luxury fashion but don’t have access to or feel comfortable in traditional fashion spaces. For this project, I used Louis Vuitton as a muse.

My team was given the task of researching and improving the website onboarding for Blue Radar Search, a local sports-focused networking startup in West Lafayette, Indiana. The goal was to increase the number of users who complete the profile setup process on the site.

I interned at Siemens Healthineers over the summer of 2017. 

Here, I worked on the  UX & UI aspects of an upcoming service tool for technicians to fix and diagnose Siemens' nuclear medicine scanners, including PET & SPECT. I was tasked with designing a UI framework that would not only be aesthetically pleasing, but be efficient to use, easy to learn, and grounded in UX principles. Additionally, the framework had to be generic enough so that it could be applied to successive generations of nuclear medicine scanners.

I worked with graduate students as a research assistant at Purdue University. In this role, I had to do research on the best ways to design in-vehicle display systems including, head-down displays (HDD) and head-up displays (HUD). For this undergraduate research, I won 3rd place in my college, Purdue University's Polytechnic Institute.

This 1-week design challenge required me to build a tablet interface for a companion app to a smart thermostat. The requirements and constraints were given to me in a project brief. For this project, I served as an interaction and visual designer. The purpose of the project was to develop my rapid design skills. Therefore, these designs have not been evaluated by end users.
