When Fendi first debuted the "Wonders" collection, in 2013, I fell in love. The monsters brought a playful nature to a very well-respected and sophisticated brand. I was inspired to recreate a few of their pieces in vector format. The following illustrations are created by me. However, the illustrations are based on Fendi merchandise, and the designs are the exclusive property of Fendi or of its licensors. I am in not in affiliation with Fendi or any of it's vendors.
EYES
The eyes are the most iconic element of the pieces. They communicate aggression and beauty. The eyes are made using exquisite detail. Across the following illustrations, behold the eyes at the center of every design.
KARL LAgerfeld
Karl Lagerfeld is a legendary fashion designer and serves as the creative director for Fendi. My monster collection would not be complete without a tribute to Karl Legerfeld. The next illustrations are a rendition to what is known as Fendi's "Karlito". The Karlito is a monster version of Karl Lagerfeld.
